Unless listed above the other 4 Minifigures are NOT included. (no weapons included either, unless listed above) Included are the original 3 x large sails, which are in excellent condition and super hard to find.

All built parts are original LEGO, with the exception of the following: 1. A couple of Light Grey parts on the rear decking are Light Blue Replacements, however can be replaced. The Original Cloth pirate flag on top of rigging (red and black Jolly Roger) is a new reproduction (the Lego plastic flag on the front is original).

There are two red wavy flags instead of 1 x red & 1 x white. Part 3659 - The two yellow arch sections as numbered here, are missing and replaced with square brick equivalents. Part 30044 - One yellow arch window is missing on the rear captains quarters.

1 x Black Part 30043, is also missing, and is required for the rear mast support, which has been fixed currently without it, but is required to ensure the sail works correctly. The compass is missing from the ships steering housing. All parts are excellent colour, and are not faded.
