This one has a lever attached to the right side and you pump it back and forth to wind up the spring. Than you set it down and he takes off.

Small scratches here and there which is expected from a 30s toy. The box is all original with no issues, missing flaps or any repairs. This one also includes the insert so when placed in the box you put it between the front pedal and rear axle.
