Antique North American Tribal Snowshoes in Excellent Original Condition

  

Excellent C1920s-30s Snowshoes in original condition measuring 29"L x 9-1/2"W. This style and size is consistent with a "coming of age" set given to a youth when they were old enough to join a hunting party in the indigenous (First Nations) of Eastern Canada. I've found examples in this style are associated with the Cree, Malisit, and Huron peoples of Eastern Canada and Maine.
