This is a Japanese GINBARI Cloisonné Enamel Vase made in Meiji period (1867 - 1911). Hibiscus is beautifully depicted around the body. It shows exquisite Japanese craftsmanship in that period, the quality of work is amazing.

It is in awesome condition. Meanwhile, a few very small points are observed which are not covered by silver foil, i. You can see substrate brass (photo #4 & 5).

They are not considered flaws as they were made in its (hand-making) production process more than 100 years ago. A cloth stain was found at the inside bottom of the wooden box, which could be hidden by another small piece of cloth (photo #9). It is quite difficult to find Meiji Ginbari cloisonné enamel in such an awesome condition. Therefore, this is very valuable. It could happen because this vase has been kept in the original wooden box. It came with its pedestal.
