And another RARE Military Watch ::::::::::::::: RAF issued Longines Military. The Ministry of Defense re cased these WW2 Pilots Watches in 1956 into Stainless Steel Cases, to continue their perfect movements service in the RAF. Longines had not many re cased. Much rarer than the Omega 1956 examples. There are 2 versions: keeping the off white dials from the Alloy cased WW2 Longines RAF.

And the Ministry of Defense had made a few black Longines dials with Lume plots. This is one of these. They kept the Blued steel hands from the white dials and coated them in Lume for excellent visibility at night.

The special Longines center second hand was painted white. Original crystal, nearlt scratch free! Original Movement; kept extremly well and shines like new. Works well and keeps time. This is ready to wear as an Every Day Watch.

Hard to find in this condition. Diameter without crown: 36 mm. Lug to lug: 47 mm. We are trading vintage watches for over 29 years.
