Original 1938 Wyoming License Plate County 1 No 2 Excellent Condition WOW. This plate is all original from 1938 and is in excellent condition, let alone for being 85 years old. Exceptionally flat and straight, presents great. Vivid blue and yellow colors. If you are looking for low numbers, as many collectors are, there is obviously only one lower possible number than this plate.
