Original XBOX Very Rare XBCASE Excellent Cosmetic and Working Condition

  

Up for sale is a very rare XBCase for the original XBOX. It's in like new condition and has never been used except for testing. I can't imagine that anyone else has an unused XBCase. These are very rare items and most have been heavily used.

I had the builder install the basics and a few options. I planned on using it for a bit and then doing my own high-end build, but I've had it for over 5 years and I haven't even used it. This XBOX is currently running XBMC, but I haven't loaded any games or other software onto the system. The system plays standard XBOX discs without any problems. The drive tray is slightly sticky when closing sometimes. It's not an issue with the DVD unit. It actually opens fine and closes most of the time, but sometimes it closes almost all the way and sticks when the DVD bezel rubs against the case.

The builder told me the dvd dezel is a very tight fit with no visible gaps. He suggested that I trim the bottom of the DVD bezel by 1mm with a Dremel or similar rotary tool. I just left it the way it is because I'm not experienced with a rotary tool and the occasional stickiness doesn't bother me enough to risk damaging the bezel.

This listing includes the system, power cord and the OEM XBOX composite AV cable. No games or software is included. I will try my best to answer any questions you have.
