Vietnam War U. S. Army M1965 Field Jacket Long Med 1967 Excellent Condition M65

  

Up for sale today is an Original Vietnam War U. Army Olive Green M1965 Field Jacket. This one is dated 1967, and it is a size Long Medium.

The actual measurements are as follows: Laid flat the armpit to armpit is 23 inches, the shoulder seam to shoulder seam is 21 1/2 inches, the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve cuff is 27 inches, and the top of the collar to the bottom of this jacket is 35 inches. This vintage M1965 field jacket is still in excellent condition. There is a little light soiling, and a few small abrasions on the sleeves of it though, but none of this is bad by any means. The olive green color is still nearly perfect. There is no evidence of any patches having ever been on this jacket.

Both of the aluminum zippers are in perfect condition. All of the original drawstrings are present, and all of them are in perfect condition as well. All of the original buttons are present and accounted for and tight. The hidden zip-away hood is in perfect condition.

This is an excellent example of an early M1965 field jacket from the Vietnam War. This one is sure to make a great addition to your collection. Be sure to super size all of the pictures for a closer inspection. Please view my other auctions for more great military items.
