Westone Thunder IA fretless bass. Made in the Matsumoku factory in Japan, famous for making excellent. Quality guitars and basses during the late seventies and early eighties. This is a Thunder IA active/passive bass made in 1983 and is a very unusual. It is not a de fretted bass but totally original from the. I have owned it for many years and it has had minimal home use only. Further control for use when the active side is switched on.

Two nine volt batteries housed in the back of the body. Its condition is very good showing a few very minor marks mainly at the bottom. Of the body, and its easy to see the quality of it, with brass bridge/tailpiece.
